In the face of major societal and environmental challenges, organisations play a key role in minimising human impact on the planet. The STORM Master鈥檚 programme trains future leaders to drive sustainable transformation through critical analysis and innovative management approaches. By integrating hands-on experiences that reconnect them with nature, students gain a deeper awareness of global challenges and their impact on organisations. As a SEA-EU Joint Programme, STORM is part of a transnational educational initiative that integrates the expertise, resources, and infrastructures of six SEA-EU universities:

University of Split (UNIST) (Croatia)
University of Gdansk (UG) (Poland)
Nord University (NORD) (Norway)
The programme, which is taught in English, provides students with a truly European and interdisciplinary academic experience, includes a minimum of two mobility periods in European countries, ensuring that students gain experience across different institutions and work environments.
A first degree at the bachelor level (EQF Level 6), or equivalent from a recognised higher education institution and a B2 level of English Language competence according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). Applicants may submit their applications prior to the conferral of their qualifying diploma.
Applicants must be ready to take part in a minimum of two mobility periods in two countries as outlined by the mobility section of the student handbook.

At the end of the two-year programme, you should be able to demonstrate the overall objectives and learning outcomes achieved.
Embracing nature - Demonstrate a holistic understanding of the natural world, oceans in particular, as well as the interplay between human activities and the natural world.
Management - Identify and evaluate the motives, reasons, causes and consequences of the management process and functions in an uncertain world.
鈥淭he frame鈥 (Context) - Identify and analyse relevant external factors on sustainability (including political economy, and regulatory frameworks) at a societal, organisational and managerial level.
鈥淭he picture鈥 (Intra-organisational dynamics and Resilience) - Recognize features of the organisational ecosystem and internal dynamics, and assess relationships, based on the principles of good governance to build organisational resilience.
Sustainable management futures - Critically analyse mainstream management concepts, discuss scenarios and create collective visions for more sustainable approaches in organisations.
